Tim Kane brings extensive expertise and passion to property management. With over 10 years of experience, Tim combines business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and tenant needs. Under his leadership, Canopy Property Services has become a trusted partner for property owners.
Known for integrity, a strong work ethic, and community commitment, Tim approaches every interaction with empathy and a desire to make a positive impact. Tim holds a degree in landscape architecture from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, and pursues ongoing professional development.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, and partaking in Tahoe’s activities like golf, boating, and fishing.

Randy Fleisher
Before founding Hamilton Realty Finance in September 2016, Randy served as Managing Director of the Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Dallas Debt & Equity platform. He previously founded Quadrant Realty Finance (QRF), acquired by JLL in June 2013, where he facilitated over $1.5 billion in debt and equity financings since 2010. Randy's extensive career also includes roles as Managing Director at CBRE and as a real estate and commercial attorney at Monk Goodwin in Winnipeg, Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Manitoba, a Master of Science in Real Estate & Finance from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin.

Edgar Pinto
Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Edgar Pinto has been a key member of our team since day one, leading the Maintenance and Landscaping Department with more than 20 years of experience. Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, he specializes in landscaping, snow removal, pool maintenance, and overall property care. A Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Edgar oversees maintenance projects for both residential and commercial properties. Known for his leadership and problem-solving skills, he takes pride in transforming and keeping outdoor spaces beautiful through all seasons. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, camping, and spending time with his family.
